Sky Views Wheel
Sky Views Miami is the first Observation Wheel in the City of Miami. Foundation construction began in May 2019, and project completion was finalized in 2020. Renee served as the project manager for the general contractor overseeing all stages from budget creation to foundation construction through completion.

Bayside Marketplace
Bayside Marketplace is a 30+-year-old open-air mall located on the intercoastal waters of Miami. Renee served as project manager for the contractor hired to provide a renovation to its north building bathrooms, exterior finishes, observation towers, and many individual store build-outs over a three year period. All of the work was performed while keeping the mall open and functional for business.

One Flagler Building
One Flagler building has graced Miami’s Business District since 1952. A Morris Lapidus creation, the owners wanted to maintain the original design intention while modernizing the interior for an office condo conversion. Renee represented the ownership in the re-development partnership of 15 floors of interior renovation and upgrades.
